The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Sales Representative to spearhead our business development efforts. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, building and managing a sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients. As a core member of our early team, you’ll have a direct impact on revenue and play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-quality leads through outbound and inbound strategies

  • Qualify prospects and articulate the value of our CFO services to business owners and executives

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Own the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed engagement

  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies that align with company goals

  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to optimize messaging and refine targeting

  • Maintain accurate CRM data and report regularly on performance metrics

  • Represent the company with professionalism, credibility, and confidence in financial conversations


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Experience selling fractional CFO, accounting, or B2B financial advisory services strongly preferred

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of financial decision-makers, particularly SMBs and growing companies

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and drive results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to C-suite

  • Skilled in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships

  • Experience with CRM systems and a structured sales process

  • A bias for action, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

  • A willingness to travel locally for business purposes (must be based in the Kansas City, MO area)

Pay: $70-90k base (depending on experience) and uncapped commissions. $165k 1st year OTE

Benefits: Health insurance stipend, Paid time off

Location: Hybrid Remote in Kansas City, MO – must be located in the Kansas City area and willing to travel multiple days per week
