This is a one-time, flat fee that includes a review of your financials, customized feedback, and a 1:1 CFO strategy session to walk through your findings and action steps.

The full assessment is typically completed within 7–10 business days after the first meeting. You’ll then receive a detailed analysis and a 60–90 minute review call to walk through the findings and next steps.
No problem—we work with many businesses who are in the middle of cleanup or transitions. The assessment can actually help identify gaps in your current bookkeeping or accounting structure and give you a plan to get back on track.
After we deliver your assessment, you’re under no obligation to move forward with our services. That said, many clients choose to continue with monthly fractional CFO support—and if you do, we apply the full assessment fee to your first month of service.
